I met Lil cory about two or three years ago. He was in my son’s class in daycare. Such a piece of heaven this little boy is. Eventually I got to know his family! Kristy and Cory were always so sweet to me. The boys played football together and had a great little gang of kids they associated themselves with. When Kristy asked me to take their family photos I was so excited. She is amazing and so are her beautiful children. I hate that they have moved so far from us, but trust that we will stay in touch! 
Jesse and Alysa Guardado
I met this beautiful couple about 2 years ago. They are two of the sweetest people. Their children are so adorable. I was so excited when Alysa contacted me to shoot Jesse’s homecoming. I am a supporter of our military men and women and was full of tears as Jesse stepped off the bus and into his wife’s arms. It was a feeling I remember feeling as a little girl when my dad would come home. It got really hard to control my emotions when the boys first laid on eyes on him. Wow is all I can say! Here are some of the images that were captured.

Julee and I went to school together growing up. It is always nice to work with people who you have known for so long. Julee and Matt are amazing people and even more amazing parents. The love they both have for this little boy definitely showed the entire session. I thank Julee’s parents for allowing me into their home to capture Emmett’s portraits.

The Levens Family
I met the Levens children (my age) a long time ago. We grew up in a small town where everyone knew everybody! It remains that way today and I have to say I couldn’t be happier to call this place home. They are a beautiful family lacking the superior need to judge and be harsh to those around them. They make you feel like one of their own. All six of these of people are awesome and made this session equally awesome!
The Barlow Family
Emily and Ben Barlow are two very important people to me. I met them about a year ago when I joined a new church called The Well in Long Beach, Ms. I had never felt more at home in a church. Besides Ben being my Reverend, he and Emily have become people I look up to. Emily and Ben have three beautiful children Sadie, Joe, and Lizzie. All three of these kiddos are such individuals and they all have such great personalities. I cannot wait to watch them grow into young children, teens, and adults. I just know they will make some of the funnest people I have ever met. 
Sometimes the dysfunctional pictures are the ones that actually capture how happy a family can be in that exact moment.
